1. Eligibility
Hirers must meet the minimum age requirement for the chosen vehicle and hold a full, valid driving licence for at least 2 years.
2. Booking & Deposit
All bookings require a signed agreement and a refundable security deposit. Deposits are returned within 7 working days subject to vehicle inspection.
3. Insurance
Comprehensive cover is included. Excess varies by vehicle. Drivers under 30 may incur additional premiums.
4. Mileage
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance as stated. Additional mileage is chargeable as per vehicle pricing.
5. Cancellations
More than 7 days notice: full refund. Within 7 days: 50% fee. Within 48 hours: non-refundable.
6. Damages
The hirer is liable for any damage, loss or fines incurred during the rental period up to the insurance excess.
7. Use
Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road, sub-letting or any unlawful purpose.
